Advanced Designs of Lean 6 Sigma
The Six Sigma Black Belt Training Class is 4 weeks spread over 4 months. It features the DMAIC scientific model used by many top companies. While LEAN deals primarily with process velocity, Six Sigma specializes in process, product and service quality. This course trains and certifies those who will lead Six Sigma efforts within the organization. A Six Sigma Black Belt Certification will drastically improve your employment opportunities. It not only certifies that your knowledge of Six Sigma but that your qualifications to lead efforts within the organization. Six Sigma Green Belts can attend the weeks 1 and 2 to become a Green Belt Project Leader in their expertise.
A certified Black Belt exhibits leadership qualities, understands team dynamics, and assigns all team members with roles and responsibilities. In their role, they also coach, develop, and advise the management and the employees to achieve their goals.
